Souls above & in my head have the ability to place Hypnotics
(Please click here for more information) but need to follow laws. Two souls with white light around them, ensuring a valid reason to place one & then should they warn the soul they are placing one. Unless dealing with souls without white light

Souls decided that instead of hypnotics they would invent placing "thoughts" to a level that is even worse than placing a hypnotic, as no laws are followed, & no valid reason needed & they cannot be seen in writing like hypnotics so are difficult to stop &/remove and/or notice/detect. Souls have nastily been creative & as well as thoughts like using a Thesaurus created placing "Senses" & placing "Psychics" & placing "Commands" and so on. They are ALL nasty & for me, means eye pain, testical pain, cramps, itches, biting my tongue or lips & headaches & aches that come & go & all caused by voices & cannot be explained by doctors. Bad karma for those placing them!
