110. NEW DESIGN LAWS FOR NEW AND EXISTING HOUSES/APARTMENT BUILDINGS???

The indigenous Aboriginals of Australia were ahead of their time (Please click here for more information) and since they built no dwellings meant the land would always be regenerating & existing & creating homes for new animals, birds & wildlife, however people of today seek comfort in having a home for security purposes and more... I therefore propose, roads sadly there is nothing we can do, but all buildings even existing ones, but especially new builds should all be made by law to have native plants, trees & shrubs on their roof-tops to increase natural habitat and wildlife PLUS its better insulation. For existing buildings with flat roofs i propose that instead of washing/blowing all the leaves that fall off the trees during Autumn/Fall down the drain, we should pick them up since they are light-weight & place them on roof-tops which in turn creates soil & material suitable for vegetable patches & full blown gardens & parklands.

It is definitely not a new idea & needs further development & laws. Imagine how landscape, wildlife & environment would improve?
