I went to the gym today, Saturday 8th August 2026, actually walked there just in case the voices were going to "Harness" (Please click here for more information) that way at least i got some exercise. What is the point of voices feeling my endorphin rushes that includes tingles & a "I can climb Mount Everest" feeling which is produced by my body for a reason, yet the voices are adamant that i should not feel them. Maybe if i felt my endorphins & the "I can climb Mount Everest" feeling then i would have the motivation & drive to push weights to failure??? They even go as far as stealing my "Dopamine" from me which demotivates me even further & I have no way to work out!!! They even call me "Asshole" (Please click here for more information) & rub it in that they are not insecure about their bodies!!!

They have no idea what it is like for me. As they say "No Pain, No Gain" & even with the inspiration of the Muppets no success again for me!!!

As soon as i cheer up or start doing something that would be fun for me one of the voices deliberately says inside my head without my permission "Your being stupid" or "He is being stupid". It causes me depression & is Psychological Abuse! They do not care about the damage to me that they are doing & are invested in using my head for the game "Search & Destroy" (Please click here for more information). Game Players aim to do something that causes physical damage & hope it takes a long time for me to heal because as i recover they get extra point scores or bonus each time i feel the pain from their actions. Psychological abuse causes me, when i start laughing, to start crying instead... That is what being deprived of fun & their game has done.

"Karl Josef Silberbauer" (Please click here for more information) has been gone several years so i should have my life back on track however he taught the "Women" (Please click here for more information) to play the games mentioned above to fulfill their unlimited time & nothing better to do with no care given in regards to me. They prefer not to change because it is not them who suffers, or have memory loss when they reflect on their behaviour which means trying to make them see sense is impossible (Please click here for more information).They should just admit/accept that they stuffed up, were misinformed about me being an asshole (Please click here for more information) or did not do their homework before involving themselves in my life & then change their behaviour so they can deal with the truth & then move on! Change their behaviour??? Otherwise reflecting on their behaviour as continuing with their behaviour means that they worsens & reflection is worsened??? They do not worry about the "Consequences" (Please click here for more information) at all. 210. DIRTY SELFISH POOFTERS! KEEP IT CLEAN OR NO OUTDOOR SEX???

Over the years Beats, Restrooms, Parks & Beaches where men hookup for sexual encounters has drastically reduced mostly because of old restrooms being replaced with new single cubicles or because of a Police presence or lack of action due to online dating apps. I have ventured to an outdoor beat looking for fun however the parkland was covered with dirty condoms, rappers & worse syringes. How can you have fun standing with that much rubbish under your feet. If caught doing the do by Police how can you deny you have broken the law by having illegal Public sex with condoms on the ground still giving off steam? Why leave the evidence behind?A little hard to convince a capturer that you were simply admiring the park land & trees or bird watching & not having a sexual encounter with that amount of rubbish called evidence left on the ground.“Would you throw a dirty condom & rapper and leave them both on the floor of your bedroom?… so why dump used condoms on the ground in the parkland?” & the litterbug answered “But they were dirty!”. For starters learn how to douche if your dirty & secondly please do not be so selfish to expect someone else to clean up the mess you left behind & be aware you are ruining it for everyone.

Please keep it clean by taking your rubbish with you & not leaving it behind for someone else to pick up! What if someone not looking for sex or worse accompanied by children stumbled across such a mess as they would think “Dirty Selfish Poofters”!

Absolutely disgusting & Totally unacceptable behaviour by us Gays/Homosexuals! 

209. TRYING TO UNDERSTAND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, DIFFERENT TO MINE, LIKE ANOREXIA???

I understand my own mental health problem such as Schizophrenia & Psychosis (Please click here for more information). I have tried to understand Anorexia Nervosa. The last girl i seen that was suffering from the killer eating disorder was wearing baggy long jeans & a full hoody long enough in the sleeves that it even covered her hands, & in summer weather, so clearly scared that someone might see that she is barely skin & bones & only a heart beat away from being hospitalised & drip fed... therefore true Anorexia has nothing to do with body dysmorphia or wanting to look good because if that was the case why was the girl i seen completely covered up & hiding her body & what she is doing???

This is gonna sounds far fetched but please read with an open mind. I am convinced that girls whom are truely anorexic (end up hospitalised) is that 

it stems from their past life.

A past life that was during the Holocaust & that included being in a concentration camp where if they did survive starvation then they would achieve life? Not surviving via starvation in their past life whilst in a concentration camp probably meant they shut down & did not go straight into the light & did not reincarnate until a time when they were able to be born to people or mostly importantly a special mum that can show her how good life can be without the need to achieve starvation for a good long prosperous great life & fun life.

Therefore, they are predisposed in this life, the idea that the more they achieve starvation the greater chance to succeed in living??? 

Or living life longer???

If i am correct in what i am saying about where true Anorexia stems then maybe since the condition is so deadly that maybe the answer is easier than one would expect. Discovering foods that increase life expectancy rather than simply being less fat/sugar & rather than not eating at all???

Anorexics must be sick to death hearing about Healthy Dieting!!!

208. SOMEONE PLEASE STOP ME FROM SCREAMING?

The main problem with hearing voices is that you never get "Alone" time. When the voices are antagonising me (Please click here for more information) which is enhanced by lack of sleep sends me to boiling point & i have to do the best to avoid "Self Harm" (Please click here for more information). I rely on Nicorette Quickmist to calm myself down. The voices still keep calling me "Asshole"(Please click here for more information).

Still unable to stop the voices from "Harnessing" (Please click here for more information) although tonight i went to the "Gym" (Please click here for more information) & managed to have a reasonable workout which i hope continues as this week goes on.

When i am able to think & entertain myself the voices because they are in my head & playing a "Game" (Please click here for more information) say that i am Stupid & instead of having fun they make me depressed. They expect me to entertain them but cannot understand that is impossible when i cannot even think. 

Some of the voices are proud that they have treated me badly for 5 years or more & need me to be an asshole or make out that i am an asshole to be proud & so they can name call me & get a rush (feel Good) when they abuse me inside my head without my permission. None of them, even though treating me badly for at least 3 years still have never thought "What would it be like if i were him & he were me?"

Sadly i find myself screaming my head off, unlike my true personality & nature, & fearing "Hospitalisation" (Please click here for more information). 

I hear them inside my head & get no alone time to calm down & it is hard for people & the voices to understand what it is like for me!

207. SICK TO DEATH OF HEARING THE VOICES CALLING ME ASSHOLE!

Voices in my head constantly call me an "Asshole" because they want to do "Hypnotics" (Please click here for more information) & are aware that they are nasty & hence why they need to convince themselves & others that i am a asshole or something that is nasty. Do they realise how stupid they are when i have "White Light" (Please click here for more information) around me that is brighter than the average person meaning i am anything but an asshole! The women tell others to not look at me or my overlay or soul which is stupid because who in their right mind would do something nasty to someone without checking who you are dealing with or without knowing anything about the person & just going on the word of someone that has level 5 Ora (the worst ora possible). They also tell women not to read anything i write. If i am sleep deprived the women take that as a good excuse to treat me like an asshole & "Antagonise Me" (Please click here for more information) & sadly last weekend i found myself in "Self Harm" (Please click here for more information) territory again.

206. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

"Well its Birthday time again" (Please click here for more information). Its not the big 50 yet, this year only 49 years old. Even on my birthday the voices in my head refuse to make it a day for me with no hassles & me getting the full effect of trying to "Get off my face" (Please click here for more information) but nope the voices are as selfish & arrogant as usual (Please click here for more information) & although when attempting to get off my face they Harness as they refuse to miss out. Even complaining makes the voices feel they have every right to give me an "Episode" (Please click here for more information) because i am not focused on making them feel good or entertaining them which i cannot do when i cannot think... plus why should i when they do not even speak respectfully to me (Please click here for more information) whilst in my head without my permission. My time is limited & they could lay dormant & allow me fun.

205. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!

I hope 2026 will be a good year?

"Past Years" (Please click here for more information) I am sad to say again have been dictated by the voices in my head which i dream changes?

"My Dreams" (Please click here for more information) seem to get further away from being a reality. The move with my family from "The Shire" (Oyster Bay) to the Western Suburbs (Please click here for more information) was less painful than expected & was best chance of escaping the voices but was an epic fail! 

"Current Medications" (Please click here for more information) should mean I am doing better & thinking more positively about what i can achieve & the successfulness of this new year but is difficult considering having had several "Episodes" (Please click here for more information) during this past December.

It is hard to have fun when the voices cause grief & treat me badly!

I just watched the fireworks on TV with a few friends.
